Nothing beats the rattle of canning jars in a water bath on a cool fall morning! 🍁🍂

Homemade cranberry juice is so simple and delicious 😋 best of all, when you make it at home, you can control the sweetness. Grab some fresh cranberries while they're in season. The juice is best if it sets 4-6 weeks before using, so make it soon to enjoy or gift during the holidays! 🎄

Here's my simple recipe:

Place 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups of raw cranberries into each quart jar. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar to each jar.

Prepare a water bath canner, bringing the canner up to a simmer.

Bring a kettle of water to a boil and pour boiling water over the cranberries and sugar in the jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.

Seal with 2 part canning lids and load into the canner.

Return the canner to a full rolling boil and process jars for 25 minutes (30 mins for high elevation)

Remove jars from the canner and allow to cool. After 24 hours, check seals. Store any unsealed jars in the refrigerator. Sealed jars will keep on the pantry shelf for 12-18 months. For best taste, allow 4-6 weeks for the berries to infuse before drinking.

🥑 Whip up some creamy goodness with this easy homemade mayo recipe! 🥚🍋 Not only is it a breeze to make, but it's also healthier than store-bought versions!

Ingredients:
2 large eggs (at room temperature 🌡)
4 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp kosher salt
2 cups avocado oil

Instructions:

Blend eggs, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Slowly add avocado oil while blending until thickened.
Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
